Saint Mary by-the-Sea Retreat House is blessed with a dedicated core staff. Additionally, the house is staffed each summer by hundreds of volunteers who give freely and tirelessly of themselves in service to those making retreat! It is quite a remarkable testimony to the love that countless women and men have for Saint Mary, and a reflection of the spirit of hospitality for which the Sisters of Saint Joseph are known!
