Fill your horn with oil. I am sending you to Jesse,
for I have chosen my king from among his sons.

The Lord knows who he wants to be King and he doesn't judge by appearances only. So the last son, David, is annointed, and, from that day on, the Spirit rushed upon David.

So with us--God has chosen us to do His work. So be the light for those in darkness and bring them to the Lord this Lent. See people the way Jesus sees them and don't judge them.
